A 2x2 grid of four candid black-and-white street photographs, 16:9 overall, thin white gutters. Each panel is a different city, time of day and weather — choose them to contrast (rainy dusk, harsh noon, neon night, foggy morning). Every panel: Leica M6, 35mm Summicron, Kodak Tri-X pushed to 800. Zone-focused at f/8–f/11 around 3 m, 1/250s: pedestrian sharp mid-stride, background readable, a foreground object at arm's length blurred and cutting into the frame edge. Horizon tilted a few degrees, framing slightly imperfect, subject off-center. The subject is mid-action and unaware of the camera. Behind them, something in the scene comments on them ironically — a sign, billboard, statue or shop window — the kind of juxtaposition Elliott Erwitt would catch. Look: coarse visible grain, deep blocked-up shadows, high contrast. A real documentary photograph, not a render: no CGI polish, no cinematic grading, no text or captions.
