Please create a professional visual development sheet for an animated short film. This should not be a poster or a single illustration. It should feel like a real pre-production concept board from an animation studio, combining a character card, creature design, prop exploration, environment studies, color direction, and several storyboard-like story moments on one cohesive page. The story is about a quiet, lonely child near a seaside shrine at dusk who encounters a glowing sea spirit, gradually forms a bond with it, and eventually witnesses the awakening of a giant whale spirit rising from the sea. The tone should feel gentle, emotional, mysterious, healing, and slightly mythic. The sheet should naturally communicate the world of the film through the child design, the sea spirit design, important symbolic objects, the rocky seaside shrine setting, the dusk color palette, and several cinematic key moments. Make it feel polished, organized, information-rich, and visually beautiful, with a refined Japanese-style animation sensibility, soft storytelling atmosphere, and strong worldbuilding.
